I’m a Registered Nurse, public health practitioner, author, parent, farmer, and podcaster. I am passionate about health literacy and health communications.

My Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and my Master of Public Health in Public Health Practice come from the University of Alaska Anchorage. As a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years, I have spent the last 15 in public health roles where a passion for health education emerged.

My other skills center around parenting, farming, and podcasting where I live in Appalachian Kentucky.

I am a freelance writer who can help you create health content.
